When Nature Calls

(Stay-cation back blip #3 of 7)

I woke up last night with searing pain on my left side. This morning I reached out to my nephrologist (kidney specialist). I began to worry that I may have not only cracked a rib but bruised my kidney.  She ordered a renal ultrasound and x-rays of my ribs for tomorrow. I needed to pick up the other half of my food, clothes, etc so I suppose the timing was okay.

When I saw this photo in my camera I couldn't stop laughing.  It's not the first time I've caught these little fellas pooping but it's the first time the entire photo was in perfect focus.  I'm so glad I have been able to get by with crops on the blips I've posted so far.  I'll finish up the stay-cation photos tomorrow then get myself back on a more daily track.
