Equinox

The first day of astronomical autumn. Time to change the calendar sheets. We first bought the ecological calendar at the California Academy of Sciences 11 years ago, and have bought a new one every year since. The wildlife on display is all North American (I am never going to see a roadrunner) but I just love the design.

Since March J’s car has displayed a warning - change the engine oil urgently. She checked, and it could wait a bit, but today we went in convoy to the garage. And it’s sorted.
