Making an effort

I still think that there is a chance that my sulky sunflowers may bloom one day. This one at least looks like it is making an effort.

I felt a lot better today having banished my attack of the snuffles overnight. This allowed me to work uninterrupted most of the day, then pop out for a 5k run this evening.

I would like to moan about bad behaviour at work that causes no end of extra work for other people, but I will refrain.

Exercise today: 5k run.
