Bitter Sweet

Growing on a vine on the fence along the back property line of our community, I needed some help from FB friends identifying this pretty weed's seed pod. Apparently edible, one of its common names is Bitter Mellon. I may see if it would be practical to harvest seeds and plant them out back as part of my landscaping project.
