Does not seem to be working too well - YET. 
AND still only one car thick, governed by lights.
There are notices telling us to come this way to Pooley Bridge as the road is closed the other way.  However, go the other way and you find Traffic lights letting you get closer; must be for those living on that section of road.  There's also a surfaced car park appeared at the T-junction over that side as we drop down to lake level.

Unfortunately the weather was a touch inclement for a wander across to see what the other world was like; or a shot of the bridge from the downstream car park which used to exist. Maybe next time?.
