Sunny and Cold

to be loading a moving

D is on his way to a new life. Another chapter closes in mine. 

Yesterday's snow has become today's ice with freezing temperatures overnight. When the truck was loaded at 1:30 PM, the outside temperature was only -3 C. It will be just as cold unloading at the other end of the trip. The movers all deserve steak dinners tonight! 

We had to laugh about the license plate on the moving van. We said that's as close to Arizona as any of us would get this year.
