Golden

The service this morning at church was joining the online one from Assembly. It was good to feel part of something bigger than our small congregation and the speaker was enouraging us all to slow down and make sure we have time for God and other people.
Some sewing and a run in the afternoon, as well as watching the end of the Vuelta stage - toiling up a mountain in the rain! I bet they were glad to finish.
