The most busy of times

Thankfully it didn't rain last night till gone 11pm so all the weedkiller I put on the remaining bamboo leaves won't have got washed away. It says on the packet you mustn't use it if rain is due within 6 hours- phew. I'm so fed up of the bamboo! 

 A very foggy day
Met up with MrH's brother on Selsy Common for a walk (he is in our support bubble). We walked for about 1hour 40 which was good and the autumn colours were still very beautiful despite the fact that the mist and fog was currently rolling in. We only covered 3.5 miles as we were chatting and stopping to take photos. 

Went to a local shop (spent far too much money!) to get some food for dinner and spent pretty much the rest of the day cooking. Made some apple sauce and also a figgy pudding (BBC Good Food recipe) to eat on Christmas Day. I made a couple of puddings last year using that recipe and it is one of the best things I've eaten. Much nicer than other traditional Christmas puddings. Feeling a bit organised now.
