on a well worn trail - well actually, a bit off - into some wooded area - where i heard a noise - looked to investigate - and saw this beauty - highlighted by the morning sun - i whispered a quick - greeting and snapped a shot - yes, just this one - i didn’t want to linger - i whispered another very quick - thank you and hightailed - it out of there - i realize that typically where - there is one deer - usually there are more - hiding out in the area - i didn’t want to scare them - and this one had - already made it...
