Tunnel vision

Rather dreary today, but after some light rain early on it cleared up. I had a Zoom meeting this morning with Keep Oban Beautiful committee members - I'm getting quite used to this now! We have two more lively ladies with us now, one being Japanese and the other English; it looks as if we're going to get somewhere. Thanks to our new Japanese member we now have a website, and wait for it - a Slack account! New one on me!

After lunch Mrs M and I drove up to the polytunnels in Glen Lonan - this is my Blip today. We did some tidying up and picked the last tomatoes, which we accidentally left there! The Oca doesn't seem ready to harvest yet. On the way back we called in at the Glencruitten walled garden to pick the last runner beans which we're keeping for seed. They've had a hard time there - the stormy weekend before last has ripped the skin off two of the polytunnels, tho' to be fair they were due for replacement.

Limerick of the Day:

An Indian chef from Bahrain
Hated having his diners complain.
So he mixed his pakora
With a box of Atora
And the beefing was not heard again!
