NOT bright enough.

Had we had sufficient sun it'd be almost like a plate; flattish.
Another of my examples where the plant ought never to read the book?
I've just had a swift search; both to guarantee the correct spelling and check its supposèd requirements.  According to "them as knows" the following are requirements.

"Schizostylis loves rather moist soil but it also copes well in ordinary soil.
***The soil must not be waterlogged, especially in winter, so adequate drainage is a good idea. *** "
Y'don't SAY?
"It is a plant that abhors excessively dry soil.
Full sun exposure is mandatory for blooming."

Slight problem - the plant evidently can not read - it's planted, and has been for years, in a "Basket pot" in the edge of the pond.

Affinity loses points against Photoshop on colour choice.  It's MANY a long moon since CS 5 worked on my MAC, which no longer supports it must add it to Alice's sometime.  IF I remember aright, I could select an area and effectively say "USE that colour".  With Affinity it's a case of jiggle around for closest, by eye match.  "Double plus ungood" © say I.

It's been kinda dampish for a while - NOW - Hooleys are in the ascendancy.
