Snow is falling.

Well it was this morning, and was a surprise, as though forecast,  it was supposed to be on the higher ground on the Pennines.
We did have a covering, but by lunchtime it had stopped, and has now all melted.

I haven’t been outside, and so another photo taken through the kitchen window.
There seem to have been a lot lately.
I have tagged this for Flower Friday because of the hydrangeas.

I decided to make a start on writing the Christmas cards. Nearly finished, but still have a few letters to write.
There will be more to post this year as personal deliveries aren’t possible.  Will miss having the usual chat with friends.

Still, looking forward to being there next year.

Now looking forward to takeaway fish and chips, and night off cooking for me!
