Votes for Women!

Our fresh-air/exercise/stop-yawning walk this afternoon became a preview of the village Christmas Tree Trail.  These are 8 of the 280+ trees which visitors to Kineton can see over the next few weeks.  The light was fading so they are not the best images, but you'll get the idea.

The Forces, Suffragettes, and Sir David Attenborough are popular choices along with Superheroes, Rosa Parks, and some great figures from history.

The official switch on was to have been tomorrow evening but C-19 has meant that can't be a group experience, however, everyone looks to have their tree ready to go and the school is providing parking on Saturday Evenings.  Bring a torch if you do come after sunset - we're  not big on street lights and the trees look better in the dark.

Maps can be bought in the village at the flower shop, Co-Op and Gilkes cafe, or you can get one online before you visit here.
The maps are £2.50 and the money goes to local charities.

Plenty of blip opportunities.

Your map is also your voting form - did I mention we are #89 :-)

Our tree now has more photos and the small animals are going into their own globes tomorrow :-)
