Dusk

Weather has been wet today, I spent most of my day indoors and didn't get out until 14:30 in the afternoon when light already started fading a little due to the grey skies.

I did my short walk of 3.5 km but tried to make it energetic, to get my heart rate up a bit. It starts with a stretch of an old railroad bank, made into a bicycle road with no hills or bends to distract the mind. The focus point is rather obvious. When I got home I did a good stretching yoga and felt good having given me some healthy stuff.
