Think I avoided a migraine after feeling a bit buzzy earlier. Just stopped, quietened and negotiated calm music rather than boomy action TV . Had an extended bath (no hardship) so MrH can watch some of the loud, American action movies he enjoys so much.

Discussed the next supermarket shop. Careful planning required.

Avoided buying a tree which may be a bit reckless in the long term but I really want the space instead!
