One shade of grey

I’ve been threatening to paint the front room for a long time, so to finally have it done feels fantastic!

I’m pleased with the look with the picture shelves too and will be on the look-out for larger pictures and prints to add to the remaining wall (not seen here). It has inspired me to get the back room done too as I am getting fed up with explaining on Zoom calls that “the walls were pink when I bought the house”.

The rest of the day was spent tidying up and also getting the Christmas tree up with the lights on it in advance of the children coming round. I’ve learned my lesson and in talking with others, rather than attempt to have any sense of style or taste, have decided to simply let them have at it when it comes to decorating it.
