Fifty shades of green

Lovely winter’s day with the odd shower and lots of sunshine.

A more relaxed sort of day. Late brunch as has been the case on recent Sundays, leaving the late morning and afternoon to get on with a few things. And for Susan to do a bit of gardening and bulb planting.

Called in at the allotment for a few leeks for tonight’s dinner. Plenty of sprouts and other produce there for next week, now only three of us to eat it!

Today’s blip caught my attention early on in the day with the various shades of green and lighting on these ferns.
