Take a long walk by a rural river in crystal clear light. Stir in a fresh breeze to dispel any cobwebs and sprinkle over some airbrushed clouds. Season well with sculptures and bird-life. Allow to steep for around two hours. Follow with a home-made bacon roll and coffee.
We followed the recipe and enjoyed a wander along water Rail Way between Washingborough and Bardney where we saw this egret, a goosander (my shots of which were abysmal) and flocks of fieldfare thrushes. A thrush and one of the sculptures that line the way are in the extras.
