Astrantia

This has been one of my favourite flowers to photograph over the years, but in all that time I don't think I've ever done an ICM.  Lots hit the bin, but this one made the cut, just.
The sun has shone today, but the winter temperatures continue.  Snow overnight up country, and we could see it even on the foothills this morning.  
Ridiculous !!!!
Consequently, I've had no urge to go outside.  I made another even bigger batch of cauliflower soup this morning, this time Curried Cauli Soup.  Not too bad either, a nice wee bite to it and perfect for a chilly Sunday evening tea.
