Quod oculus meus videt

It Snowed!

........and we were so fortunate to have arranged a (socially distanced) walk with L's cousin and husband on Cannock Chase.  I was a real bore, stopping at regular intervals to take photographs along with enjoying the company and the breathtaking conditions.

Amazingly this was the very first photograph I took, at the Commonwealth Cemetery where we had parked.  6 miles later my jaw was aching from the permanent smile in being able to enjoy these conditions.  We had a wonderful time, catching up on things at a time when social contact is so important for your wellbeing.

I appreciate this is the end of my 9th series of 365 days on Blipfoto.  In many ways this has been the hardest year in terms of inspiration to maintain a record of a photo taken on each day and shared to the journal.  I am sure if it were just a record of photographs taken, without the interaction and support you give out I would have stopped this year.  2020 will go down as a difficult year for many reasons and I am hopeful that the coming year will be better.

Thank you for your support, visits to my journal, comments, stars and hearts  and best wishes to you all in this festive season.
