The Old Leaf

Today's topic is celebration. I did not want to start on the gin or open the new calendar early though, so this only (very) loosely fits. 

Yes, New Leaf refers to a book leaf or page. And yes - although this is indeed an old leaf, it will be a while yet before actual new ones appear!

I think we will all be glad to see the back of 2020 won't we? Even those of us who try not to wish their lives away. I know all the problems and issues are not going to melt away with tomorrow's dawn but the new vaccines at least bring some hope of heading back to a more relaxed and normal way of life. 

It just remains to wish all Blippers a peaceful, kind and happy 2021. Let's face it with hope and curiosity and see what unfolds!
