Photography Challenge Day 5...

Anything from up high.

Being what's known in Scotland as a wee smout, the only way I had any chance of photographing anything from up high was to position myself on the upstairs landing and point the camera down.  

I had planned to have David lie on the floor and position himself like a dead body in a murder mystery, but Lola wouldn't leave him alone so in the end it was easier to photograph her looking up at me.  

The goings on in America last night seem just as surreal today as they did last night.  There's even reports that Trump wants to pardon himself and his family members.  What planet is that man on?!

I was so happy to see President-Elect Joe Biden address the issue of the woeful response to the thugs yesterday, and calling out the double standards in the police response to them, compared to peaceful protestors calling for racial equality.   

The next two weeks are going to be...interesting.
