BUDDY

A really grey and dreich day today.  

Had an excellent Tai Chi Session this morning, with C, Gladders and Gus.  Gus managed to sleep through all of it with the occasional snore so he was supervising in a relaxed way!!!??

Am sorting out photo files  the computer at the moment.  Popped into the garden and took a photo of our rhododenron in bud with hopeful signs for the Spring.

The covid figures are still grim but the vaccinations are now well under way.  I have a few moments each day where I just think of those that have lost their lives, are suffering, those who have lost their loved ones and front-line workers and key workers still battling on.  These moments of reflection also helps me to realise how lucky and grateful I am. 

Mum's had no side effects from her jab, just a bit of a sore arm for a couple of days, otherwise fine.  She did go out today just to get herself some shopping from her local shop.  Got herself out of breath, simply because she's not getting out like she usually does to get her exercise.
