Sad little man...

This little man had a very upsetting experience today....

It started well with a lovely morning training session with all 3 dogs and then it was time for Xmas' 2nd vaccination.... 

Luckily his breeder is also a vet, so he could go to a familiar place and meet a well known person.... despite of this, he made a BIG drama out of it. I have never had a dog screaming because of a vaccination, but Xmas did. OMG he was upset! He needed a rabies vaccination and the regular ones, so he needed two injections. The first one caught him by suprise. When we came to the second one, he fought for his life! Until he had a big pile of ham in front of him.... then he hardly noticed the injection. Until it started "burning", then the screaming came again! I am so glad all this happened somewhere safe for him - at least he trusts his breeder and was more likely to forgive her than if it had been some new vet, he had never seen before. 

Gollum had his annual vaccination too and took it like a man ;-)

We finished with a walk and now Tango is in the garden and the 2 others are asleep.
