Those Tulips again.....

I blipped these tulips here on 7th January, they weren't up to much then and they didn't improve;  I bought them in bud but they never burst forth into bloom, they've been the most uninspiring tulips I've ever bought.  However,  I needed a blip and so here they are once again.  

Although it's rained heavily all day there are no reports of any local flooding;  a lot of preparation has been made and various barriers put in place, plus the new flood defences are doing their job.  I hope all will be well as it must be nightmare living in the path of flood waters.
