Colours

My online-ordered tesserae arrived, in time for the on-again, off-again lockdown. Maybe this weekend, maybe next weekend, once members of the government stop arguing over it.

The delivery from the Netherlands was very efficient; it only took four days. Also in the postbox: Christmas presents posted by my sister from the UK on 8 December. And the book freespiral posted to me a couple of weeks ago. I have visions of a large warehouse somewhere in northern France with a pile of parcels being constantly added to. So the oldest ones stay at the bottom for weeks; who knows, maybe S's mum's present to us, also posted in early December, will emerge at some point.

Waiting in for the parcel meant we didn't go for a planned pre-lockdown outing. Maybe tomorrow, if the weather is good enough.
