Eleven Up

Eleven years, jings, michty, etc. A year ago I’d just been to Celtic Connections and was looking forward to a wee jaunt out to Lanzarote. Just shows you, eh, you don’t know what’s round the corner. What a year indeed. The monkey is definitely on the back. And up the house.
As is customary, one should thank the blip volunteers, the community, the blip commenters who visit and all who make it such a lovely little friendly corner of the internet. Customary perhaps, but nonetheless worth repeating.
So in this strangest of years I did have a couple of wonderful events that stood out like, well, mountains towering above the low clouds. Firstly, in April a little grandchild came along, the lovely Rosie who I’ve been photographing regularly since. And then in August in that brief lull between the first lockdown and the second (last? next?) we were able to tie the knot in the company of a small group of our nearest and dearest.
What else happened that was worthy of note? Hmmm…. we got to Fife!
