Dream team

An earlier blip than normal today.  I woke up at 4, partly because I fell asleep last night, first in front of the tv and then listening to Americast.  But I had to be up anyway, well before 8, and once #3 son arrived it was off to Ingliston for 'the jag'.  It was very, very cold outside, -4 but felt like -12.

I was early at the Vaccination Centre but there were no queues so it was straight through.  The needle of Pfizeer vaccine was wielded by Duncan assisted by the anonymous QARANC medic. She was up from York, looking forward to tomorrow her first day off after 14 days straight doing 12 hour shifts.  It was painless and so far no effects.  After the mandated rest it was back to the car and then off to the excitement of the day - Sainsbury's at Cameron Toll.

Back home Michael cleared some snow and also the lost key turned up, phew! There are very trustworthy people in Liberton.

The rest of the day has been spent checking for better rates on car insurance and making a gluten free cake.  It will be a quiet evening, probably catching up in the tv I slept through last night.
