Wide Wednesday & Joe Tree Day

Today's Widwed challenge (hosted by Steveng) is "Bright Colours": on our walk this morning we came across this road works which certainly has more than a smattering of colours.

You'll see that I've also included some trees in the shot, as today is Joe Tree Day, the day in the year when we celebrate the founding of blip by Joe Tree. This wonderful community keeps us in touch with friends all over the world and Covid can't stop it! Thanks so much to Joe, blip means so much to so many of us.

(Note: One reason for our walk was for me to take my Editor to see the owl I blipped yesterday - and yes, it's still there, safe and sound!)
