Spilling Smoothness

Our friend, Manuel Espadeiro (Swordsman), spilling pulverised tarmac (from roads that went under the Lake), on our Lane, which he's first smoothed off - if you've seen Mike's Blip, this is quite a while later. He ran out of material, says he'll come back to finish another day. It'll be good if friends can actually drive up to our gate. Though we'll lose our ready made intruder deterrent.

He came quite early, so this was all in our pyjamas, which I've ended up not getting out of, oh well, just put new ones on for tonight... I did, however, spend time weeding the bulbs I planted. Had deliberately left them, hoping the slugs would prefer them to the bulbs, seems to have worked, but now they need to be less smothered.

Gratefuls:
- this kindness by Manuel
- flowers everywhere (that's what I really wanted to show you, but will have to wait)
- Mike's good porridge with seeds and nuts every morning, and his good bread every evening, tonight with wild asparagus off our Land
