Lockdown 3 - Day 65

After chasing the solicitors yesterday, we miraculously got sent the documents on our purchase and enquiries on our sale today. So as soon as I got home from work we dealt with those.

Interestingly the buyer’s solicitor has asked for a Deed dating back to 1964 that we don’t have, and relates to the land the houses are built on. I’m now quite glad we’re using the solicitors that acted when we bought the house as I’ve politely thrown this back to them and said we were never provided with a copy at the time of our purchase. Not quite sure what’ll happened next, let’s wait and see!

It’s been a wet and windy day and I hadn’t taken any photos today, but couldn’t resist this quick phone shot of the boys. Alan had a yoghurt pot and the boys love to lick them clean when we’ve finished with them. They both get a turn, and you can see Milou in the background licking his lips while Bobbie’s got his rather big tongue in the pot!
