Coconut And Mango Frozen Dessert.

A much warmer day today.  No rain, and lots of sunshine.

So I felt in need of something cool.  I taste test food products for one of the supermarkets.

I got this yesterday.  I wasn't expecting to like it, as it's plant based, no dairy.

But it was really, really nice.  So, I definitely will be eating the whole 1lite.

But, not in one go.
