Evening in Canberra

Update on our plans ( which aren’t going to plan ha ha). The camping ground ( where we are booked) is closed until Monday so we had to decide where to go next. Our travelling companions have car trouble and can’t get it fixed until Monday. So.....we decided on staying at the Canberra Tourist Park which is a bit more expensive but was advertised as new and had good reviews. It has all facilities like power and water and new amenities and camp kitchen. There are no trees and lots of concrete so rates very low on the nature scale but as far as convenience it rates highly. We got a discount and it isn’t much more expensive then the other options ($44/night).

The caravans are amazing, they seem to get bigger and more expensive each year. I have included a collage of the small to ultra large that we are surrounded by. The sunset was lovely so that is the main blip.

Tomorrow we are going to the National Art Gallery to see the Botticelli to Van Gogh: Masterpieces from the National Gallery London.
