First Shift

First shift at the Vaccine Centre this afternoon - 1430-1730. Signed in and received my high viz with the name badge and details of what role would be doing. I was on the showing the ‘customers’ or whatever they are called to the vaccinators. There are a mix of army medics and NHS/other services vaccinators. There are around 20 vaccinators. It all went smoothly and met a few other volunteers/council employees so it was nice speaking to folks other than the usual .

In the post today was my renewal for the Therapet role which was quite sad as of course I won’t be doing this now. Breagha never got to participate properly (only a couple on line ) on a role she would have loved. Such a shame.
