Snakes Head Fritillary

The brick paviours which make up our drive and back area have been power washed, which means everything is now covered in fine sand (an example in the extras). Clearing all of that up is going to occupy some time over Easter.

The fritillaries seem to have been left relatively unscathed.

It has been unseasonably warm today, 21 degrees. My first sunny day sitting in the car at the hospital waiting for J’s return, it’s usually been raining. Today was an OK visit.

I think the warmth in the run up to Easter is going to encourage people to go a bit mad. I’ve seen groups of lads grouped shirtless today, anything over 20 degrees and it’s high summer here. We’re going to hunker down a bit through Easter.
