I NEVER can remember.

One of the newspapers used to, maybe still do, run a puzzle section.  One item of which I can NEVER remember the name of; or, for that matter, which paper it was/is - BUT - an example below:-
LONG
 DUE
"long overdue".
Which is as good a title as any for the Blip since it's three years, ignoring months, since these got a look in.
I couldn't find an angle showing them all, but they are as follows:-
Bought some time prior to 2010.
The group you can barely see consists, now, of two on their way out with three small ones lined up and waiting to take station.
Next comes the "hairy"/spikey one.  I discovered, after purchase, that its predecessor was, as as supplierr I asked said - "Toast" at point of sale & eventually replaced.
"And finally Cyril"© Esther Rantzen.
There must, by now, be a whole herd of corpses replaced over the years and untouched, two or three currently viable.  If/when they condescend to flower again they'll get another look in.

Just FYI - there was only one of each at start and the only reason we have it - we wanted one/some but at the time there were none "loose" and we disliked this one least.
