From on High

The tenements in Marchmont are to my eye beautiful and have existed for almost 200 years.

I was in a room with a view today and this is a blip of the turret with the stone head sculpture on the tenement opposite.
Not only did the room on high have an amazing view it came with a lovely lunch and a charming hostess, not forgetting an illegal friend who may or may have been in her bubble. Restrictions can be so confusing to us oldies.
