Brunnera

I say it every year - for months you wonder why you give such a dull plant space in the garden then in the late spring you suddenly remember. It's easy to grow (too easy in fact) and spreads all over the place. The leaves are pretty unremarkable, unless variegated, but the flowers are a delight. I have a lot of brunnera in the garden and its season is now. I tried a bit of photo stacking for this blip, till I lost the will.

Busy day. Hairdresser first thing, lightening raid on the town afterwards (black shoes) then a lovely walk in the afternoon with a friend. Glasgow, where my elder son lives, is to stay in Level 3 restrictions. This makes travel next week tricky.

Pizza night tonight. It feels like just what I need.
