Symbol of a fading industry

Well, it's got to come, hasn't it? Though it will take 20-30 years to complete the changeover to clean energy. It will be a tricky transition to manage, and vital that Scotland develops manufacturing capacity, not just importing other people's kit.. Meanwhile the locality is entitled to feel dumped on.

At first the grey light was what took my eye, and a chance to have fun with the foreground. I only thought about the symbolism as I hit the shutter.
