Bus pass walk

A “reflective” walk along the river this morning and back through Milner Field.  A downpour as we left the bus so thank goodness for fast drying walking trousers!  The weather then brightened up and was lovely and warm.  Reflections of these tree trunks drew my attention, and the flash of blue on top is a kingfisher.  Closer image in extras along with the weir and the heron.  Zoomed in for one shot, but it unfortunately came out very grainy.  Lovely to see though.  Refreshments in  the sunshine in Bingley rounded off a lovely morning in good company.  Son’s birthday today, so no doubt I won’t see him until later tonight so can have the TV remote to myself for once - result!!
