Wild Garlic

It's a pungent smell along the river at this time of year. I love to see the wild garlic flowering. Had to desaturate this photograph though as the green was just too much.

So, so glad to be home. The train was bang on time into Stirling and from about Newcastle on the sun shone. Flora was brought home safe and sound from her holiday digs. Every stitch of fabric that went away has been washed and hung outside. I've no idea if this is a good anti-covid strategy but it feels like the right thing to do.

It's pretty chilly and showery weather but in between the showers there's been a bit of sunshine. What a cold month May has turned out to be.

Goodness we're tired. I'm sure another early night will see us right.
