A Single Stem

After a busy couple of days redecorating my living room I finally got around to picking one of the cameras. I checked on the MonoMonday challenge and saw it was something beginning with “S”, and I had a vision of a fine art image of a single rose stem in a vase; the reality turned out somewhat different!

So the vase disappeared, and there is not much stem showing, but I rather liked this shot of one of the roses I treated myself to at the weekend.
