Hand over

It's like a human relay race, where mum is the baton. The handover was in Norwich at my nephew's student digs, and meant I didn't have a long drive, but Manda did. Her prize was a few hours quality time with her eldest. So all good really.

Just before meeting them, I had a lovely catch up with my work friend Sandra who I haven't seen for ages. We chatted lots but will have to do it again soon, as my hour flew. I came away with some lovely fabric to upcycle, which was a bonus.

As I seem to be going backwards through my day, I spent the morning shopping at Lidl. A couple of loads of washing, and a bit of cleaning done, and the rest can wait until the weekend. Hoping the nice weather can continue!
