Pepper with personality

We enjoyed a nice picnic lunch in the garden. We were expecting visitors but they couldn’t make it so we had an abundance of food.   It was nice to see the sun after what has seemed like endless rain. 

Later we watched the Champions League final. It wasn’t the best game as Man City were not playing to their usual standard and poor old Kevin De Bruyne took an awful whack to his face.

On Monday I will have to see how Newport County get on in the League  2 play off final. I usually have divided loyalties as Exeter and Newport are both in League 2 so we will have to see if Newport can manage the leap to League 1.  Exeter have an appalling play off record so let’s hope Newport do better.
