Strawberry Flowers

I spent some time in the garden this morning, pruning back a shrub, weeding the herb and fruit border. I have to trim this particular shrub several times a year otherwise it blocks our view down the orchard to the natural pond. I had hoped to do more, but just over an hour was enough. The border I had hoped to do this morning is full of wildflowers as well as “tame” flowers so it does not look too bad; I might tackle it tomorrow.

Today’s picture is of some strawberry flowers, which were in the border.

The temperature at GMT noon was twenty-three degrees Celsius.
