Flowers by the sea

A hot day, some cloud, nice breeze by the river.

Usual morning, phone calls, jobs and lunch. Sat in the garden for a time and then went for a walk with a friend late afternoon.  We walked to the seafront avoiding the busy area and then into Gunners Park.  Someone had planted a lot of wildflowers the other side of the fence, they looked lovely. Had to look up the main flower in blip as I'd not seen one before (corn-cockle).  On the way back watered plants at the church and bought fish and chips, no cooking!  The only downside was that I developed a thumping headache.  I went to bed early and still felt a little fragile next morning.  So sorry, back blip again!
