I am not a huge coffee drinker, but do enjoy my morning cuppa...or two. I love to put cinnamon sticks in the coffee and let it sit overnight. It adds smoothness to the brew.
If you feel extra ambitious, try adding a bit of orange peel and some vanilla bean or extract. Get it all set the night before and let it "season" during the night. One of my relatives introduced me to this brewing method many years ago and I love it!
