Carbs-poor day

Since we came back to Europe I have gained so much weight, something to do with the body crying for food because it feels cold and miserable (or so I tell myself).
I do need to do something about it now, so on the diet tour I go. The two weeks of two days of less than 500 cal/day haven't helped a thing, so I'll try to cut out the carbs instead. Today's lunch was tiger prawns and salmon tartare with a dressing of the tiniest bit of lemon juice, cider vinegar, ginger, coriander and a drop of soy sauce.
