View from my sofa

Got up early and went for a walk. We had been missing them.

Morning was washing, cleaning and tidying. But at 12 I started getting flashing lights, and have been suffering from a migraine ever since. It seemed to ease up so I did the ironing. The flashing lights passed but I've had a headache ever since. Jon, meanwhile spent 6 hours strimming the very long grass at the scout hut. He does so much for other people for nothing. There aren't many like him.

This is my view from the sofa. I've been watching TV. So annoyed as I had a sewing project to start, which I will start in the morning now.

Now Jon is having to make dinner too. So lucky to have him.
