Cerambycidae - Longhorn beetle Rutpela maculata

Well an interesting day
Daughter to work, then 2 wash loads, cleaned the shower.
Picked my daughter up at 4:00 PM , I sat in the chair and she came through with a card, bottle of wine and a small parcel , which turned out to be boxed set of series 1 "Game of thrones " So a very happy dad :-) as I was only expecting a card :-) Message on card "Always follow in your fathers footsteps, (just in case he drops his wallet ) ! :-)
Then this evening I had no blip, so went on the front and found a moth, no ID yet, then after tea went in the back garden and found this beauty :-) as I had the STF-8 macro flash on the camera from the moth it was pretty much set up :-)
